Wahoooo Jack & Phyllis!!

This morning we closed on our listing at 2430 Wahoo Court in Morris, IL! The closing was swift and went off without a glitch!  The buyer, Brad, and his wife are extremely excited to build their dream home on the property within the next 5 years!  This property holds many great memories for our clients, the Susners.  This property has been in thir family for 50+ years!  Goose Lake is a wonderful place to call home & there are many outdoor activities to enjoy all year round!  Congratulations to the Susner's and to the new property owners of 2430 Wahoo Court!!

Congrats Matt & Ryan!!

This past Friday our clients Matt & Ryan held escrow on their first home!!
